Prepare And Back Up

Back up WHMCS files/database and NAS configuration/data independently. Set up a test product and disposable storage account. Check web and CLI PHP versions, ionCube Loader and trusted HTTPS connectivity against the compatibility guide.

Install The Package

Obtain the approved customer package and its trusted checksum/manifest.
Install the provisioning module, companion addon and label hook at the locations specified by that package manifest.
Preserve existing file ownership and permissions. Do not recursively change permissions across WHMCS or use 0777.
Activate the hzstorage addon and grant only the intended administrator roles.

Licence And Installation Identity

Use the key and registration instructions supplied for your entitlement. Preserve the installation identity during upgrades and use the authorized reissue process when moving an installation. Commercial registration limits follow your accepted order; these preview docs do not promise an extra staging entitlement.

The documented configuration uses HZSTORAGE_SERVER_IP for a consistent approved application-server identity in web and cron contexts. Do not substitute forwarded visitor IP addresses.

Configure And Test

Continue with NAS & Product Configuration. Activation initializes module tables and installation identity; it does not itself provision a NAS account.
